To provide a rotation stopper that can prevent the rotation of a fixing bolt that fixes a wheel guard device to a sleeper.SOLUTION: A rotation stopper that prevents the rotation of a fixing bolt of a guard fastening device including a guard rail having a locking part with which a derailing wheel is brought into contact, a movable member that fixes the guard rail with a support member, a fixing member that attaches the movable member, and the fixing bolt that fixes a fixing part of the fixing member in the vertical direction to a track or sleeper, comprises: an insertion part with an engaging protrusion in which the head of the fixing bolt is inserted and engaged; and a rotation suppressing unit that abuts against the wall surface of the fixing part to suppress the rotation of the rotation stopper in the horizontal plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
