To provide a wallpaper sheet and a building material, having a sufficient adhesive strength and excellent reworkability capable of preventing a breakage of a backing layer when the wallpaper sheet is peeled off at a rework operation, and also to provide a wallpaper sheet and a building material capable of, at a rework operation using a plaster board as an adherend, preventing fiber peeling at board paper of the plaster board even if the wallpaper sheet is peeled off.SOLUTION: A wallpaper sheet 1 includes a decorative layer 11, a backing layer 12 and an adhesive layer 13 arranged in this order. An initial adhesive strength of the adhesive layer 13 in accordance with JIS Z0237 is 2 to 5 N. A delamination strength of the backing layer 12 is 12 N or more in a value by a measurement similar to an adhesive strength measurement in accordance with JIS Z0237, with one face of the backing layer 12 fixed to a fixation part by a joint strength sufficiently higher than the delamination strength of the backing layer 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】十分な粘着力有し、かつ、リワーク作業時に壁紙シートを剥がした場合に裏打層の破壊を防止でき、リワーク性の良好な壁紙シート、建装材を提供する。また、石膏ボードを被着体としたリワーク作業時に壁紙シートを剥がしても、石膏ボードのボード紙の繊維剥離を防止できる壁紙シート、建装材を提供する。【解決手段】壁紙シート１は、装飾層１１と、裏打層１２と、粘着層１３とがこの順で配置されている壁紙シートであって、ＪＩＳ Ｚ０２３７に準拠した粘着層１３の初期粘着力は、２Ｎ以上、５Ｎ以下であり、裏打層１２の層間剥離強度は、裏打層１２の一方の面を裏打層１２の層間剥離強度よりも十分に高い接合力で固定部に固定した状態で、ＪＩＳ Ｚ０２３７に準拠した粘着力測定と同様な測定による値において、１２Ｎ以上である。【選択図】図１
