To provide a wind-resistant reinforcement member with both installation workability and installation stability.SOLUTION: A wind-resistant reinforcement member, including a horizontal member (central cylindrical member 5, end cylindrical members 6) extending in the opening width direction and adjustable in length, and end locking fittings 4' provided at both length direction ends of the horizontal member material in the length direction, in which the end lock fitting 4' is provided with an insert 7 that is inserted into a guide rail groove 35 and a rotating member 8 that is rotatable in the insert 7; the insert 7 is provided with a contact 40 that contacts a slat 10 and a contact 41 that contacts a guide rail bottom wall 32; and the rotating member 8 is provided with a contact portion 42 that contacts a side wall 31 of a guide rail 3 in the operating position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
