BOTTOM SUPPORT MOUNT FOR UNIT BATH
To enable each component member to be fitted and fixed in an installation site, and thereby enable easy assembling and installing.SOLUTION: A bottom support mount for a unit bath is configured by connecting two vertical frames 11 with multiple horizontal frames 12 vertically and horizontally. The vertical frames 11 and the horizontal frames 12 use substantially U-shaped metal frame bodies in the cross section. A pair of notches is provided at each of the connecting places between the vertical frames 11 with the horizontal frames 12, and these notches are fitted to each other to achieve the fitting connection. Height-adjustable support leg parts 13 are provided at four or more places in the fitting-connected vertical frames 11 of the frame bodies. The support leg parts 13 comprise: top-opened supporting parts of substantially U-shaped cross sections for supporting the vertical frames 11 from below; and screw bars screwed in the bottom surfaces of the supporting parts. The supporting parts can be fitted and fixed to the inside and/or the outside of both sides of the vertical frames 11 from the bottom toward the top. The height of the support leg parts 13 can be adjusted by turning the screw bars.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】各構成部材を設置現場にて嵌合固定し、容易に組み立て設置できること。【解決手段】２本の縦枠11と複数の横枠12を縦横に連結して構成される。縦枠11及び横枠12は横断面略コ字形状の金属製枠体を使用する。縦枠11と横枠12との連結箇所のそれぞれに一対の切込みを設け、これらの切込みを相互に嵌め込んで嵌合連結できる。高さ調整可能な支持脚部13を前記嵌合連結された枠体の縦枠11に４箇所以上設ける。支持脚部13は、縦枠11を下から支持する上方開口の横断面略コ字形状の支持部とこの支持部の底面に螺合された螺子棒とからなる。支持部を下から上に向かって縦枠11の両側面の内側及び／又は外側に嵌合固定することができる。螺子棒を回動することにより支持脚部13の高さが調整される。【選択図】図１
