To provide a method for recharging groundwater that can be injected into the ground with an arbitrary water level difference.SOLUTION: A groundwater recharging method according to the present invention includes a pumping step of pumping groundwater W1 from a deep well 101, a pressure adjusting step of pressurizing or depressurizing the inside of a recharge well 102 for injecting groundwater W2 into an aquifer 201-2 in advance, a water injection step of injecting groundwater W2 into the recharge well 102. In the pressure adjusting step, the water level difference ΔWL between the natural water level WL1 of the aquifer 201-2 and the water level WL2 corresponding to the pressure in the recharge well 102 is maintained at a predetermined water level difference ΔWX.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
