To provide a water gathering basin device of a building foundation which is provided in a foundation slab layer of a building and which gathers rain water etc. to effectively drain.SOLUTION: A water gathering basin device of a building foundation which is embedded in a foundation slab layer of a building and which gathers water stored in the foundation slab layer to drain comprises: a water gathering basin member 2 including at least a water gathering basin portion 2a and a draining cylindrical portion 2b protruding downwardly from the water gathering basin portion 2a; and a lid member 4 detachably attached to the draining cylindrical portion 2b in a fluid-tight manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
