As a result, the applicant can provide the flower cylinder, for example, whose cylinder portion 11 is composed of a resin that is less likely to be hydrolyzed than the flare portion 12, and whose flare portion 12 is made of a resin that is less likely to be deteriorated by ultraviolet rays than the cylinder portion 11.
