WALL SURFACE STRUCTURE, WOODEN BUILDING, AND BUILDING METHOD FOR WOODEN BUILDING
To provide a wall surface structure with a robustness constitution, a wooden building, and a building method for the wooden building, by which a carbon storage effect and an energy saving effect are produced by using woods for a principal material of a building frame and workability in a relatively narrow land becomes satisfactory.SOLUTION: A wooden building 1 comprises a building groundwork 2, at least three-sided lateral walls 3, and a roof 4. The building groundwork 2 is structured including: a groundwork main body part 21 made of concrete and installed in a position lower than at least each lateral wall 3; and a connection part 22 composed by installing plate-shaped vertical plane parts erected from the groundwork main body part 21 so as to approximately match directions where the respective lateral walls are formed. Each lateral wall 3 is erected with the axis vertical, and is structured including: a plurality of wooden columnar members 35 and 36 whose lower parts are uninterruptedly aligned along the connection part 22; and a coupling structure part which couples the adjacent columnar members 35 and 36. 【課題】躯体の主要材に木材を使用して炭素貯蔵効果及び省エネルギー効果を奏すると共に、比較的狭い土地での施工性が良好であり、堅牢な構造の壁面構造体、木造建物、及び、木造建物の建築方法を提供する。【解決手段】木造建物1は、建物基礎2、少なくとも三方の側壁3、屋根4を備える。建物基礎2は、少なくとも各側壁3下方となる位置に設けられたコンクリート製の基礎本体部21と、基礎本体部21から立設された板状の垂直面部が各側壁の形成方向と略一致するように設けて成る接続部22とを有する構造である。各側壁3は、軸を縦にして立設されると共に、その下部が接続部22に沿って連続して整列配置された、複数本の木製の柱状部材35・36と、隣接した柱状部材35・36を連結する連結構造部とを有する構造である。屋根4は、各側壁3に囲まれた内側領域の上部を覆うように設けられている。【選択図】図2
