To provide a material spraying device and a material spraying method capable of reducing material loss.SOLUTION: A material spraying device 10 according to one embodiment includes: a mobile formwork 11 that faces a core material 1 of a structure and moves along the core material 1; and a spraying nozzle 12 that sprays a material M between the mobile formwork 11 and the core material 1.
