To provide a column base reinforcement block, a method for manufacturing a column base reinforcement block, and a metal hanger which can secure positional accuracy of an anchor bolt from manufacture to installation.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a column base reinforcement block including a column base reinforcement structure having main reinforcements 11 and auxiliary stirrups 12 arranged so as to extend in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the main reinforcements 11, first shape holding fixtures 13 for positioning the main reinforcements 11, a plurality of anchor bolts 20 fixed to the first shape holding fixtures 13, and a template 21 fixed to one ends 20a of the plurality of anchor bolts 20 includes: an anchor bolt installation step of fixing the template 21 to a jig 80, and installing the plurality of anchor bolts 20 so as to extend upward from the jig 80; a fixture mounting step of fixing the first shape holding fixtures 13 to the other ends 20b of the plurality of anchor bolts 20; and a bar arrangement step of fixing the main reinforcements 11 to the first shape holding fixtures 13, and fixing the auxiliary stirrups 12 to the main reinforcements 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
