To provide a hospital lock which has a wide internal space and can be easily assembled and disassembled.SOLUTION: A hospital lock 30 used in pneumatic caisson has a plurality of precast blocks 41 to 60, and a plurality of connection mechanisms for attachably/detachably connecting the plurality of blocks 41 to 60. The plurality of blocks 41 to 60 has through holes in a horizontal direction and/or a vertical direction formed therein, and the connection mechanisms have a tension material inserted into the through holes, and an anchorage device installed on at least an end of the tension material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
