To construct a seamless waterway embankment and a waterway with a small amount of water leakage by cutting open a ground, at a low cost and in a short construction period, using a reduced amount of ready-mixed concrete in a way that reduces uneven settlement of the waterway embankment.SOLUTION: A waterway is constructed in the following steps of: installing serially a plurality of side surface frames KS that form a waterway embankment and mold surfaces on right and left gutter walls of a waterway installation gutter SM formed by cutting open a ground GR; installing serially core molds KN in a gutter direction over a long distance, at an intermediate position of the side surface mold; setting construction sections in the gutter direction to suit the order of the construction steps; forming the waterway embankment by injecting improvement soil into the space between the side surface mold KS and the core mold KN to a prescribed height, the improvement soil having a curing agent or a solidification agent mixed in soil, and compacting the top surface thereof; and removing the core mold KN and then the side surface mold, and then injecting ready-mixed concrete in the space to form a cured concrete structure. The construction section comprises a front seam section, an intermediate section, and a rear seam section, and the front seam section and the rear seam section of adjacent construction sections are made to overlap with each other, and the improvement soil is injected into each construction section and compacted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 地盤を開削して洩水が少ない継目のない水路堤体・水路を低コスト・短い工期で構築でき、しかも生コンの使用量を減じて水路堤体の不等沈下が少ない水路堤体を構築する。【解決手段】 地盤GRを開削した水路設置溝SMの左右溝壁に水路堤体,型枠面となる側面型枠KSを多数個列設し、同側面型枠の中間位置に中子型枠KNを溝方向に長く列設し、その溝方向に工事順の工区を設定し、前記側面型枠KSと中子型枠KNの間の空間に土壌に硬化剤又は固化剤を混入した改良土壌を所定高さまで投入してその上面を締め固めて水路堤体を形成し、その後中子型枠KNを脱型し、その後側面型枠を脱型した空間に生コンを注入してコンクリート固化物を形成し、前記工区は前継目工区と中間工区と後継目工区とからなり、且つ前後する工区の前継目工区と後継目工区とが重なるようにし、各工区に改良土壌を投入して締め固める。【選択図】図4
