To provide a simple assembly type prefabricated dwelling house having panels whose waterproofness and weatherproofness are improved without causing high costs of manufacture.SOLUTION: A prefabricated dwelling house wall panel 3 has an end face on which a coupling groove 31a is formed at the center position in the thickness direction. Fitting of a coupling projection member 370 to them reinforces coupling between the wall panel 3 and a frame side or between panels 3, 3. A panel body 30 has an outer face plate 38 on which an outer skin body 39 made from waterproofness raw material is provided. An end edge side of the outer skin body 39 is perpendicularly bent at an end edge line position of the outer face plate 38, and while sticking to the panel body 30's end face, is further bent inward at a corner continuous to the coupling groove 31a. The coupling projection member 370 is fitted to the coupling groove 31a and its side face is stuck to the outer skin body 39's end edge to form a waterproof structure of the panel and an internal and external liquid-tight structure of a building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】簡易組立式のプレハブ住宅において、製造コストの高騰を招くことなくパネルの防水性・耐候性を高いものとする。【解決手段】プレハブ住宅用の壁パネル３において、その端面の厚さ方向中央位置に連結溝３１ａが形成され、それらに連結突条部材３７０が嵌合することで壁パネル３とフレーム側又はパネル３，３同士の連結が補強され、パネル本体３０の外面板３８に防水性素材の外皮体３９が設けられ、外皮体３９が端縁側を外面板３８の端縁線位置で直角に屈曲してパネル本体３０の端面に密着しながら連結溝３１ａに続く角部でさらに内側に屈曲しており、連結突条部材３７０が連結溝３１ａに嵌合して側面を外皮体３９端縁部に密着することで、パネルの防水構造及び建物の内外液密構造を形成する。【選択図】図３
