GRINDING DEVICE AND GRINDING SYSTEM
To enable automated operation of grinding work.SOLUTION: A grinding device comprises: a grinding device body BE comprising a liftable grinding head 17 for grinding an inner wall surface WS of a tunnel; a frame 18 on which the grinding device body BE is mounted and which is rotatable in a horizontal direction and linearly movable in the horizontal direction; distance sensors SL1, SL2 for detecting a distance from the frame 18 to the inner wall surface WS; and a control unit MC for performing operation control on the grinding device body BE and the frame 18. The control unit MC adjusts an angle in the horizontal direction of the frame 18 using the distance sensors SL1, SL2 to correct a grinding surface of the grinding head 17 so as to be in parallel with the inner wall surface WS; uses the frame 18 to move the grinding device body BE to a grinding position; expands the grinding device body BE to press the grinding head 17 onto the inner wall surface WS of the tunnel; and performs grinding work by alternately repeating traveling operation of grinding the inner wall surface WS in an extension direction of the tunnel and traverse operation of changing a grinding height via movement of the grinding device body BE by the frame 18 and lifting/lowering of the grinding head 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
【課題】研掃作業の自動化運転を可能にする。【解決手段】トンネルの内壁面WSを研掃する昇降可能な研掃ヘッド17を備えた研掃装置本体BEと、研掃装置本体BEを搭載し、水平方向に回動可能で水平方向に直線移動可能な架台18と、架台18から内壁面WSまでの距離を検出する距離距離センサSL1,SL2と、研掃装置本体BEおよび架台18の動作制御を行う制御部MCとを有する。制御部MCにより、距離距離センサSL1,SL2で架台18の水平方向の角度を調整して、研掃ヘッド17の研掃面が内壁面WSと平行に補正し、架台18により研掃装置本体BEを研掃位置へ移動させ、研掃装置本体BEを伸張させて研掃ヘッド17をトンネルの内壁面WSに押し付け、架台18による研掃装置本体BEの移動と研掃ヘッド17の昇降とにより、トンネルの延伸方向に内壁面WSを研掃する走行動作と研掃高さ変更する横行動作とを交互に繰り返して研掃作業を行う。【選択図】図14
