GRINDING DEVICE AND GRINDING METHOD FOR TUNNEL INNER WALL SURFACE
To allow a grinding height of a grinding head to be accurately and quickly changed.SOLUTION: By using a tunnel grinding device 10 comprising: a grinding device body BE including a first lifting and lowering mechanism part 12a having an air cylinder 12ac for lifting/lowering a grinding head 17 for grinding a curved inner wall surface WS of a tunnel and a second lifting and lowering mechanism part 12b having a ball screw 12bn for lifting/lowering the first lifting and lowering mechanism part 12a; and a frame 18 moving the grinding device body BE in the horizontal direction, grinding is performed by repeating: the travel step of extending the ball screw 12bn to a prescribed height while pressing and grinding the inner wall surface WS with the grinding head 17 by moving the grinding device body BE in the travel direction; and the traverse step of moving the grinding device body BE in the traverse direction and moving the grinding head 17 to the next grinding line height by supplying the compressed air to the air cylinder 12ac.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 39
【課題】研掃ヘッドの研掃高さを精度よく且つ速やかに変更する。【解決手段】トンネルの湾曲した内壁面WSを研掃する研掃ヘッド17を昇降するエアシリンダ12acを備えた第1の昇降機構部12a、第1の昇降機構部12aを昇降するボールネジ12bnを備えた第2の昇降機構部12bを具備する研掃装置本体BEと、研掃装置本体BEを水平方向に移動する架台18とを有するトンネル研掃装置10を用い、研掃装置本体BEを走行方向に移動させて研掃ヘッド17で内壁面WSを押圧しつつ研掃しながら、ボールネジ12bnを所定の高さまで伸ばす走行工程と、研掃装置本体BEを横行方向に移動させるとともに、エアシリンダ12acに圧縮空気を供給して研掃ヘッド17を次の研掃ラインの高さに移動する横行工程とを繰り返しながら研掃を行う。【選択図】図39
