MECHANICAL AGITATION CONTROL SYSTEM AND MECHANICAL AGITATION METHOD
To improve the verticality at the time of penetration of an agitation device and improve the construction accuracy.SOLUTION: A mechanical agitation control system 10 controls mechanical agitation by attaching an agitation device 70 to working equipment of a heavy machine to agitate the ground, and comprises a plurality of tilt angle measuring means 14 for measuring the tilt angle of each part of the working equipment divided by a plurality of joints, a plurality of cylinder adjusting means 18 for adjusting the expansion/contraction length of each of a plurality of hydraulic cylinders of the work equipment, and main control means 22 for controlling the plurality of cylinder adjusting means 18 based on the measurement results of the plurality of tilt angle measuring means 14. With such a configuration, the main control means 22 controls the plurality of cylinder adjusting means 18, the bending angle of each joint of the work equipment is adjusted, and the agitation device 70 penetrates into the ground in a vertical posture. Therefore, the verticality at the time of penetration of the agitation device 70 can be improved and the construction accuracy can be improved without depending on the ability and experience of the operator who operates the heavy machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】撹拌装置の貫入時の鉛直性を高め、施工精度を向上する。【解決手段】機械撹拌制御システム10は、重機の作業機に撹拌装置70を取り付けて地盤を撹拌する機械撹拌を制御するものであって、複数の関節で分割される作業機の部位の各々の傾斜角度を計測する複数の傾斜角度計測手段14と、作業機の複数の油圧シリンダの各々の伸縮長さを調整する複数のシリンダ調整手段18と、複数の傾斜角度計測手段14の計測結果に基づき、複数のシリンダ調整手段18を制御する主制御手段22とを含む。このような構成によって、主制御手段22により、複数のシリンダ調整手段18が制御されて、作業機の各関節の曲げ角度が調整され、撹拌装置70が鉛直姿勢で地盤へと貫入される。このため、重機を操縦するオペレータの能力や経験に依存することなく、撹拌装置70の貫入時の鉛直性を高めることができ、施工精度を向上することができる。【選択図】図1
