CONCRETE PILE COATED WITH STEEL PIPE
To provide a concrete pile coated with a steel pipe which bears tensile force a steel pipe holds and prevents buckling of a steel pipe by an applied compressive force with a simple structure and which can be manufactured in one centrifugal molding as usual.SOLUTION: In a concrete pile 60 coated with a steel pipe in which an outside face of a concrete pile body 4 is coated with a steel pipe (11, 21), the steel pipe is divided into an upper steel pipe 11 and a lower steel pipe 21 by a gap 20. A plate fastener 30 closing the gap 20 from an inside face side and a connection plate 40 at the outside face side are clamped by a bolt 47 to fasten and fix. The connection plate 40 engages with an upper engaging protrusion 13 of the upper steel pipe 11 and engages with a lower engaging protrusion 23 of the lower steel pipe 21, so as to accept a compressive force and contract the gap 20 against a tensile force in an expanding direction of the gap 20, and to prevent buckling of the steel pipe (11, 21).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡易な構造で、鋼管の保持する引張力を負担して、かつ作用する圧縮力により鋼管が座屈することを防止し、更に通常同様1回の遠心成形で製造可能な鋼管被覆コンクリート杭を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート製の杭本体4の外側面を鋼管(11,21)で覆った鋼管被覆コンクリート杭60で、鋼管は上部鋼管11と下部鋼管21とを間隙20で分割してある。内面側から間隙20を塞ぐプレート固定具30と外側面側の連結プレート40とを、挟んでボルト47で緊結して固定してある。連結プレート40は上部鋼管11の上係止凸条13に係止し、かつ下部鋼管21の下係止凸条23に係止して、間隙20が広がる方向の引張力に対抗して、圧縮力を受け入れて間隙20を縮めるようにして鋼管(11,21)の座屈を防止した。【選択図】図2
