To provide a beam joint structure which enables reliable stress transmission and improves workability, and a beam joint method.SOLUTION: There is provided a beam joint structure comprising an H-shaped beam including a first upper flange, a first lower flange, and a first web, a support member including a first plate portion which is subjected to bolt joint to the first web and a second plate portion which includes a plane parallel to the first lower flange, an RC floor slab including concrete and a tensile force transmission member which is buried in the concrete and extending at least in the material axis direction of the H-shaped beam, and disposed above the H-shaped beam and the support member, a locking member joined to the first upper flange and the support member and configuring the RC floor slab, and a welding portion formed between the first lower flange and the second plate portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
