METHOD FOR REINFORCING OR REPAIRING STRUCTURE
To provide a novel method for reinforcing or repairing a structure such as a concrete structure and/or a wooden structure regardless of the shape and/or size of the structure.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A method for reinforcing or repairing a structure by adhering a reinforcing fiber sheet to the structure, in which the reinforcing fiber sheet and thermoplastic epoxy resin are overlapped and contacted with the structure. Next, on the structure, at least a part of the peripheral portion of the reinforcing fiber sheet and the thermoplastic epoxy resin is covered with at least a sealing sheet, and the sealing sheet is sealed. Next, the thermoplastic epoxy resin is heat-treated and melted, and the internal space defined by the sealing sheet and the structure is vacuum-evacuated. Next, the thermoplastic epoxy resin is pressed and the like against the reinforcing fiber sheet by the sealing sheet, and the thermoplastic epoxy resin is impregnated into gaps of the fiber sheet constituting the reinforcing fiber sheet and voids or gaps existing on the surface of the structure. 【課題】構造物の形状および/または大きさ等に無関係に、コンクリート構造物および/または木造構造物等の構造物を補強または補修する新規な方法を提供する。【解決方法】構造物に補強用繊維シートを接着して構造物を補強または補修する方法であって、構造物に対して、補強用繊維シート及び熱可塑性エポキシ樹脂を重ねて接触させる。次いで、構造物上において、補強用繊維シート及び熱可塑性エポキシ樹脂の周縁部の少なくとも一部を少なくとも封止シートによって包括し、封止シートを封止する。次いで、熱可塑性エポキシ樹脂を加熱処理して溶融させ、封止シート及び構造物により画定される内部空間を真空排気する。次いで、封止シートにより熱可塑性エポキシ樹脂を補強用繊維シートに対して押圧等して、熱可塑性エポキシ樹脂を、補強用繊維シートを構成する繊維シートの間隙及び構造物の表面に存在する空隙または間隙に含浸させ、その後、熱可塑性エポキシ樹脂を冷却及び固化させる。【選択図】図1
