To provide a wall body structure construction method which enables efficient construction of a wall body structure having a restraint device such as a strut work.SOLUTION: The wall body structure construction method includes the steps of: constructing a banking 12 on the foundation on which a wall body structure 10 is to be constructed; burying, by prescribed means, a wall body 14 formed by multiple wall body constituting members 16 fitted to each other on the foundation on which the banking 12 has been constructed; disposing a first back-filling material 18 to a prescribed height on the backside of the wall body 14; installing, in the wall body 14, a restraint device that restrains side displacement of the wall body 14; and disposing at least one second back-filling material 18a in a space above the first back-filling material 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
