To provide a reinforcement method of a concrete structure and a reinforcement structure that can finish a lining thickness uniformly and smoothly and have high construction efficiency and accuracy without a skill of a worker.SOLUTION: A reinforcement method of a concrete structure A includes a boring process, a lattice material fixation process, and a reinforcement layer formation process. In the reinforcement layer formation process, a cement system thickness increasing material is coated on a concrete surface A1, and a thickness of a reinforcement layer 30 is managed by using head portions of a plurality of level portions protruding on the concrete surface A1 as a ruler material. A reinforcement structure 1 of the concrete structure includes a lattice material 10, a plurality of anchor materials 20, and the reinforcement layer 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
