TAMPED SAND PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a tamped sand pile construction method improving liquefaction strength of the ground to be improved without using more sand than that of a regular construction in the same construction hours as those of the regular construction.SOLUTION: A tamped sand pile construction method using a forced lifting motion device 5 lifting/lowering a hollow pipe 3 along a leader 2 and a repetitive reciprocating motion device 6 capable of reciprocally moving the hollow tube in a predetermined distance in an up/down direction for the forced vertical motion device 5 and disposed in a driving controllable state comprises: a pulling-out step of discharging sand in the hollow tube from a lower end while pulling out the hollow tube by a specific depth during the pulling-out step to the surface after inserting the hollow tube 3 to a designed depth of the ground; and a tamping step of tampering discharged sand by inserting the hollow tube 3 again, to construct a tampered sand pile by repeating those steps. Descending speed of the hollow tube is controlled by driving the repetitive reciprocating motion device 6 together with the forced lifting motion device 5 in the tamping step of tampering discharged sand by inserting the hollow tube 3 again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】通常の施工方法と同等の施工時間で、通常施工より多くの砂材料を使用することなく、改良地盤の液状化強度をより高めるようにする。【解決手段】中空管3をリーダー2に沿って昇降する強制昇降装置5を備え、中空管3を地盤の設計深度まで貫入した後、地表まで引抜く過程で中空管を一定深さ引抜きつつ下端から中空管内の砂材料を排出する引抜工程と、中空管3を再貫入して排出した砂材料を締固める締固め工程とを繰り返すことで締固め砂杭を造成する締固め砂杭造成方法において、強制昇降装置5に対し中空管を昇降方向に所定長さ往復運動可能であると共に駆動制御可能な状態に設けられた反復往復装置6を有し、中空管3を再貫入して排出した砂材料を締固める締固め工程で強制昇降装置5と合わせて反復往復装置6を稼働し、中空管の下降速度に緩急を与える。【選択図】図7
