To provide an expansion joint that can be repaired (including exchange of an expansion member 23) at low cost and easily and by reducing the load on a floor slab, and to provide a method of installing the expansion joint, and a method of repairing the expansion joint.SOLUTION: An expansion joint 1 comprises a gutter body 2, fixing steel plates 3, 4, and a fastening body 5, enclosure parts 33, 43 are provided on the outer surface of vertical steel plate parts 31, 41, the coupling body 5 which couples the gutter body 2 and the fixing steel plates 3, 4 are arranged inside the enclosure parts 33, 43, and the gutter body 2 is assembled so as to be attachable to or detachable from the fixing steel plates 3, 4 fixed to the floor slab.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】補修（特に伸縮部材２３の交換）を低コストかつ容易に、また、床版にかかる負担を低減して行うことを可能とする伸縮継手を提供すること、並びに、伸縮継手の設置方法を提供すること、及び、伸縮継手の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】伸縮継手１は、樋体２と、固定用鋼板３、４と、締結体５とを有し、縦置き鋼板部３１、４１の外側面には囲い部３３、４３が設けられており、樋体２と固定用鋼板３、４とを連結する締結体５は、これらの囲い部３３、４３の内部に配置され、床版に固定された固定用鋼板３、４に対して着脱可能に樋体２が組み付けられている。【選択図】図１
