To provide a decorative sheet with an adhesive developing functions such as deodorant, anti-viral, and anti-allergenic and to provide a structure.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet (11, 12, 13) with an adhesive comprises a decorative sheet layer (1) and an adhesive layer (9) provided on an opposite side of the decorative sheet layer. The decorative sheet layer (1) comprises a surface layer (2), a decorative layer (3), a mixed sheet layer (5) and a core layer (4). The surface layer comprises a cured material of a functional composition comprising a main component that includes the following (A) to (C) and one or more function-expressing substances selected from the group consisting of the following (m) to (o). (A) hydrolyzed condensate of silicon alkoxide. (B) An organosilica sol by substituting aqueous silica sol with a hydrophilic solvent. (C) An acrylic copolymer having a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group. (m) A deodorant substance. (n) An antiviral substance. (o) An antiallergenic substance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
