To obtain a garage opening structure and building that can suppress the intrusion of water into the garage while ensuring ventilation inside and outside the garage.SOLUTION: A building 12 includes a server 92, and the server 92 outputs a prediction signal W2 when the intrusion of water into a garage 10 is predicted. When slats 50 are in a first state, a control device 42 drives a rotation device 76 so that the slat 50 rotates in a second state that limits ventilation between the inside of the garage 10 and the outside of the garage 10 based on the prediction signal W2 output from the server 92.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】ガレージ内とガレージ外との通気を確保しつつ、ガレージ内への水の浸入を抑制することができるガレージの開口部構造及び建物を得る。【解決手段】建物１２は、サーバ９２を備えており、サーバ９２は、ガレージ１０の内側への水の浸入が予測されたときに、予測信号Ｗ２を出力する。そして、制御装置４２は、スラット５０が第１状態にあるときに、サーバ９２から出力された予測信号Ｗ２に基づきスラット５０がガレージ１０内とガレージ１０外との通気を制限する第２状態に回動するように回動装置７６を駆動させる。【選択図】図９
