HOLDING MECHANISM OF STEEL PIPE POLE
To extend a steel pipe pole in an upright posture via a screw joint and improve workability in assembling it into an underground hole.SOLUTION: When a steel pipe pole in an upright posture having a screw joint at an upper end and a lower end is extended utilizing an underground hole, a holding mechanism of the steel pipe pole holds the steel pipe pole situated at a lower side in a state of being suspended in the underground hole, a taper surface is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the screw joint provided at the lower end of the steel pipe pole and the holding mechanism comprises an openable type support frame having an opening into which the steel pipe pole can be inserted and a plurality of support pieces projecting toward the steel pipe pole inserted into the opening and having a placement surface on which the taper surface of the screw joint is placed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
