ROOFING MATERIAL INTEGRATED SOLAR BATTERY MODULE
To provide a configuration that a solar battery panel holding a solar battery module is previously formed and the solar battery panel is adhered or stuck to a roofing material while keeping the solar battery module which is integrated with a roofing material lightweight, carrying sufficient rigidity and also simplifying a construction in a job site where a roof is formed.SOLUTION: A roofing material integrated solar battery module includes: a solar battery panel (a) including a panel member 5 and solar battery module parts 1-4 configured by adhering a solar battery cell 3 and resin layers 2 and 4 in which the solar battery cell is encapsulated on one surface of the panel member; and a roofing material (b) to which the other surface of the panel member of the solar battery panel is adhered. A plurality of belt-like adhesive layers (c) adhering the solar battery panel to the roofing material extend in a direction X from the upstream to the downstream of the roofing material and are applied at an interval Δy in a horizontal direction of the roofing material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 屋根材と一体型の太陽電池モジュールに於いて、軽量で且つ十分な剛性を担保でき、屋根を形成する現場での施工も容易な構成として、太陽電池モジュールを担持した太陽電池パネルを予め形成し、その太陽電池パネルが屋根材へ接着又は貼着される構成を提供する。【解決手段】 屋根材一体型の太陽電池モジュールは、パネル部材5と、太陽電池セル3と該太陽電池セルを封止した樹脂層2、4とがパネル部材の一方の面上に接着されてなる太陽電池モジュール部1~4とを含む太陽電池パネルaと、太陽電池パネルのパネル部材の他方の面が接着された屋根材bとを含み、屋根材に対する太陽電池パネルを接着する複数の帯状の接着剤層cが、屋根材の水上から水下の方向Xに沿って延在し、屋根材の水平方向に於いて間隔Δyを空けて適用されている。【選択図】 図1
