CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BUILDING INTERIOR WORK
To provide a construction method of building interior work capable of performing in-ceiling work and on-floor work in parallel for each predetermined area of a plurality of partitioned areas so as to enabling reducing the construction period of the interior work as a whole.SOLUTION: The construction method of building interior work includes in-ceiling work and on-floor work which are carried out in a predetermined area where ceiling finish can be changed with respect to adjacent areas. The construction method includes: a first step of building a suspended ceiling structure 6 which is configured suspending and supporting a plurality of ceiling panels 8 with a plurality of suspension materials 9, and withstands the in-ceiling work on the ceiling panels, in which the plurality of ceiling panels has strength to withstand weight of a worker P and a load, and is arranged separated downward from a ceiling of the predetermined area at an interval allowing a person to stand and walk, so as to form a ceiling finish surface 8a, and the plurality of suspension materials has strength to support the weight of workers, the load and the ceiling panels; and a second step of carrying out parallelly the in-ceiling work proceeding on the ceiling panel and the on-floor work proceeding on a floor slab 1 to complete the interior work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】複数の区域に区画される所定区域毎で、天井内工事と床上工事とを並行して行うことが可能で、内装工事の工期を全体として短縮することが可能な建物の内装工事の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】隣接区域に対し天井仕上げが切り替えられる所定区域に対して実施される天井内工事と床上工事を含む内装工事の施工方法であって、作業員Ｐと荷の重量に耐える強度を有し、所定区域の天井から下方へ人の立位歩行が可能な間隔を隔てて配設されて天井仕上げ面８ａを形成する複数枚の天井パネル８を、作業員と荷及び天井パネルの重量を支持する強度を有する吊り材９で吊り支持して構成され、天井パネル上の天井内工事に耐える吊り天井構造６を構築する第１工程と、天井パネル上で進められていく天井内工事と、床スラブ１上で進められていく床上工事とを並行して行って内装工事を完了する第２工程とを含む。【選択図】図４
