To provide a fire hydrant device which prevents accidents in which a worker erroneously falls from a checking path to a road surface at the time of maintenance and inspection.SOLUTION: A fire hydrant device 1 has a wall surface 21, a checking path 20, and a road surface 22, and is installed in a tunnel 2 where a water main pipe 4 is provided, in which a slid member 5 is provided from a side of the wall surface 21 to a side of the road surface 22 on the checking path 20. The fire hydrant device comprises a sliding mechanism 12 and a slide regulating member 13, and is connected to the water main pipe 4 through a flexible pipe 6. The sliding mechanism 12 is provided on a bottom surface 11a of the fire hydrant device 1 and is slidably provided on the slid member 5. The slide regulating member 13 is provided so as to be attachable to and detachable from the slid member 5 or the fire hydrant device 1. By detaching the slide regulating member 13, the fire hydrant device is provided to be movable through the sliding mechanism 5 from the side of the wall surface 21 to the side of the road surface 22 on the checking path 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
