CHIMNEY INTERNAL BRICK DISASSEMBLY MACHINE
To provide a chimney internal brick disassembly machine which has a strong force to cause a tooth to bite into a joint between fireproof bricks, and enables disassembly of a small-sized chimney.SOLUTION: A chimney internal brick disassembly machine 100 is a disassembly machine for disassembling an inner cylinder A, formed by stacking bricks, of a chimney D composed of the inner cylinder A, and an outer cylinder C formed of concrete with a gap B between the inner cylinder A and the outer cylinder C. The chimney internal brick disassembly machine 100 includes: a body 10 suspended in the chimney D by a lifting machine E; one telescopic arm 20 which has an upper end mounted on a lower central part of the body 10 and can expand and contract in a vertical direction; a plurality of first links 30 which have upper ends mounted on the lower central part of the body 10 point-symmetrically in a plane view around the upper end of the telescopic arm 20; a plurality of second links 40 for connecting the lower end of the telescopic arm 20 with each of the lower ends of the plurality of first links 30; and teeth 32 mounted outward on the lower ends of the plurality of first links 30, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ツースを耐火レンガ間の目地に食いませる力が強く、かつ、小径の煙突を解体することが可能な煙突内レンガ解体機を提供する。【解決手段】煙突内レンガ解体機１００は、レンガを積み重ねてなる内筒Ａと、内筒Ａとの間に隙間Ｂを開けてコンクートから形成された外筒Ｃからなる煙突Ｄの内筒Ａを解体する解体機である。煙突内レンガ解体機１００は、揚重機Ｅにより煙突Ｄ内に吊り下げられる本体１０と、本体１０の下部中央部に上端部が取り付けられ、上下方向に伸縮可能な１本の伸縮アーム２０と、伸縮アーム２０の上端部を中心として平面視で点対称に上端部が本体１０の下部中央部に取り付けられた複数の第１リンク３０と、伸縮アーム２０と下端部と複数の第１リンク３０の各下端部とをそれぞれ連結する複数の第２リンク４０と、複数の第１リンク３０の各下端部に外方に向かってそれぞれ取り付けられたツース３２とを備える。【選択図】図２
