To provide construction management by which the final form of a structure is made as designed.SOLUTION: A construction management method executes the steps of: retrieving a layout model (100) of a whole structure from a layout data base (3); laying out an initial construction model (300) so that a final form physical simulation result (200) executing a physical simulation applying a physical deformation to the structure model is consistent with the layout model; extracting a construction completed portion model (400) from the initial construction model; calculating a partial physical simulation result (500) that has executed a physical simulation to the construction completed portion model; obtaining a measurement model (600) from a measurement data base (4); calculating an object difference (d) while comparing the partial physical simulation result and the measurement model; and instructing based on the object difference a portion constructing after the initial construction model, or actual construction details of the structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
