PREDICTION METHOD, PREDICTION DEVICE OF CONSTRUCTION TIMING OF CONCRETE, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CONCRETE
To provide a prediction method, a prediction device of a construction timing of concrete capable of predicting the construction timing for each installation range easily at a construction site into which concrete is carried by a number of agitator vehicles, and a construction method of the concrete.SOLUTION: A prediction method of a construction timing of concrete comprises the steps of: obtaining a water injection time of the concrete of each agitator vehicle; inserting a thermometer inside of the concrete of which surface is just levelled in a first installation range; deciding an approximate expression to express a relationship between a penetration resistance value and a lapse time by using an inclination information and a segment information and predicting as a construction timing of pressing work in the first installation range and a time corresponding to the construction timing of the pressing work in the first installation range is added to the water injection time of the concrete by the agitator vehicle corresponding to a second and following installation range for prediction for the second and following installation range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】多くのアジテータ車でコンクリートを搬入する施工現場において、各打設範囲ごとの施工タイミングを容易に予測することができるコンクリートの施工タイミングの予測方法、予測装置およびコンクリートの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】各アジテータ車のコンクリートの注水時刻を取得するステップと、１番目の打設範囲について、表面を均した直後のコンクリートの内部に温度計を挿入するステップと、傾き情報と切片情報を用いて、貫入抵抗値と経過時間の関係を表す近似式を決定し、１番目の打設範囲における押え作業の施工タイミングとして予測するステップと、２番目以降の打設範囲については、１番目の打設範囲における押え作業の施工タイミングに対応する時刻を、２番目以降の打設範囲に対応するアジテータ車のコンクリートの注水時刻に加算して予測するようにする。【選択図】図７
