BUCKET TOOTH ATTACHING/DETACHING STRUCTURE, AND BUCKET
To prevent falling-off of a tooth from an adapter by contact engagement of a falling-off prevention member with a protrusion of an adapter, and to easily replace/exchange a tooth by engagement/disengagement by releasing contact engagement of a falling-off prevention member with a protrusion.SOLUTION: In a bucket tooth attaching/detaching structure, an engagement/disengagement portion 5 is formed in a tooth 3, a terminated hole-like engagement/disengagement hole 5a is formed in the engagement/disengagement portion, an engagement/disengagement rod portion 2a which can be engaged/disengaged with/from the engagement/disengagement hole is formed in an adapter 2, a protrusion M1, M1 is respectively formed on both side faces of the adapter, and an external force applied to the tooth is received by engaged contact between the engagement/disengagement hole of the tooth and the engagement/disengagement rod portion of the adapter. Falling-off prevention mechanisms N, N preventing the tooth from being separated from the adapter are provided at both side portions of the engagement/disengagement portion of the tooth. In the falling-off prevention mechanism, falling-off prevention members 6, 6 which can be contacted/engaged with rear portions M2 at the bucket side in the engagement/disengagement direction F of the protrusion are provided so as to be freely engaged/disengaged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】抜止部材がアダプタの突起部に当接係止することによりアダプタからのツースの抜け落ち離脱を阻止することができ、突起部に対して抜止部材の当接係止を解除して係脱することによりツースの取替交換を容易に行うことができる。【解決手段】ツース3に嵌脱部5が形成され、嵌脱部に先止まり穴状の嵌脱穴5aが形成され、アダプタ2に嵌脱穴に嵌脱可能な嵌脱杆部2aが形成され、アダプタの両側面にそれぞれ突起部M1・M1が形成され、ツースに加わる外力はツースの嵌脱穴とアダプタの嵌脱杆部との嵌合接触で受ける構造とされ、ツースの嵌脱部の両側部にアダプタからのツースの離脱を阻止する抜止機構N・Nが設けられ、抜止機構に上記突起部の嵌脱方向Fのバケット側の後部M2に当接係止可能な抜止部材6・6を係脱自在に設けてなる。【選択図】図1
