To provide a leased vehicle management system and a leased vehicle management method configured to safely and efficiently transfer a key of a vehicle when the vehicle leased by a company is used by an employee.SOLUTION: In a leased vehicle management system, a key box management apparatus 20 generates a one-time password, and transmits the generated one-time password to a user terminal 40 via a key box 30 and a management apparatus 10. The key box 30 stores the one-time password transmitted from the key box management apparatus 20 in a storage unit, determines, on receipt of a one-time password, whether the one-time password is valid or not on the basis of the one-time password stored in the storage unit, and unlocks a door of an individual box corresponding to the one-time password when the validity is determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】企業のリース車両を従業員に利用させる場合に、安全かつ効率的に車両の鍵などを受け渡すことができる、リース車両管理システム及びリース車両管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】リース車両管理システムにおいて、キーボックス管理装置２０は、ワンタイムパスワードを生成し、生成したワンタイムパスワードをキーボックス３０および管理装置１０を介して利用者端末４０に対して通知する。キーボックス３０は、キーボックス管理装置２０から通知されたワンタイムパスワードを記憶部に記憶し、ワンタイムパスワードを受け付けた場合に、記憶部に記憶したワンタイムパスワードに基づいてワンタイムパスワードが正当であるか否かを判定し、正当であると判定された場合にワンタイムパスワードに対応する個別ボックスの扉のロックを解錠する。【選択図】図１
