ROPE HOOKING TYPE PRODUCT PROTECTION DEVICE
To provide a product protection device that protects expensive products, boxes or packages, and prevents a content inside the package from being taken without permission of a store clerk or from being damaged while being displayed.SOLUTION: In a rope hooking type product protection device, an opening of a housing 1 is covered by a rotating cover 2, a first stopper is provided in the rotating cover 2, a reel is provided in an internal cavity of the housing, and a second stopper is provided in the reel. The first stopper and the second stopper form a space of a variable length when the rotating cover 2 and the reel are assembled together, then relatively rotated at a prescribed angle. A second elastic element is provided in this space, and a form for storing energy is adopted by the elastic element. After the product is removed without authorization, the reel is pushed so as to turn against the rotating cover 2, making a contact point no longer contact a sensing element. Then, a signal generating device is controlled by a control unit to sound an alarm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
