To provide a sleeve capable of easily coping with the size of a through-hole, a through-hole structure, and an installation method of the sleeve.SOLUTION: A sleeve 20 has a peripheral wall 21 formed in a square frame shape by combining four bent members 30. Each of the four bent members 30 has a square forming part 33, a first plate part 31, and a second plate part 32. The four bent members 30 form the peripheral wall 21 by setting a tip of the first plate part 31 of one bent member 30 out of two adjacent bent members 30 to be adjacent to the tip of the second plate part 32 of the other bent member 30, and enlarge/reduce an inner space K of the peripheral wall 21 by changing a lap length of the tips of the adjacent first plate part 31 and the second plate part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
