To provide a formation method of a penetration structure of a partitioning wall which can easily charge a filler member into a clearance, a wall penetration piping device and a penetration structure of a partitioning wall.SOLUTION: In a formation method of a penetration structure of a fireproof hollow wall W, a pipe 13 with a heat insulation material is inserted into a penetration space T, a filler member 15 having quality which is liable to be compressively deformed compared with the heat insulation material 17 is charged into a clearance M which is formed between an outer face of the heat insulation material 17 of the pipe 13 with the heat insulation material and an inner face of the penetration space T which faces the outer face while compressively deforming the filler member conforming to a shape of the clearance M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
