CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PIPING BURIED STRUCTURE USING SLEEVE AND PIPING BURIED STRUCTURE
To allow piping to be buried by easily and simply closing a gap between a penetration hole and the piping by work on a floor above the ground, without requiring high-place work from an underground floor where the piping penetrates.SOLUTION: A sleeve 10 in which a plurality of mounting pieces 26 is provided on the outer periphery of an opening end of the bottom of a cylindrical body and a plurality of locking pieces 28 is provided on the inner periphery, and a ring member 12 having an outer diameter according to an inner diameter of the sleeve 10 and an inner diameter according to an outer diameter of piping 18 are prepared. A concrete slab (floor slab)20 is formed by arranging the sleeve 10 at a predetermined position at an underfloor 14, and placing concrete. A penetration hole 16 is processed at the underfloor 14 positioned at the bottom in the sleeve 10, the piping 18 is made to penetrate the penetration hole 16, the ring member 12 is fitted in the piping 18 which has passed through the sleeve 10 and is allowed to come into contact with the locking piece 28, a gap between the penetration hole 16 and the piping 18 is closed, mortar is placed from the upper side in the sleeve 10, and the piping 18 is buried and fixed in the sleeve 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】配管が貫通する床の下の階からの高所作業を必要とすることなく、床上の階での作業により通し穴と配管との間の隙間を簡単且つ容易に塞いで、配管を埋め込み可能とする。【解決手段】円筒体の底部の開口端の外周に複数の取付片26と内周に複数の係止片28とが設けられたスリーブ10と、スリーブ10の内径に応じた外径と配管18の外径に応じた内径を有するリング部材12を準備する。床下地14の所定位置にスリーブ10を配置し、コンクリートを打設することによりコンクリートスラブ(床版)20を形成する。スリーブ10内の底部に位置する床下地14に通し穴16を加工し、通し穴16に配管18を貫通させ、スリーブ10内を通った配管18にリング部材12を嵌め入れて係止片28に当接させ、通し穴16と配管18との間の隙間を塞ぎ、スリーブ10内に上側からモルタルを入れて配管18をスリーブ10内に埋込固定する。【選択図】図1
