POLE-SHAPED MEMBER JOINING DEVICE AND POLE-SHAPED MEMBER, AND POLE-SHAPED MEMBER JOINING METHOD
To provide a joining method having a simple structure, high versatility, and capable of joining a plurality of pole-shaped members, and members used for the joining method.SOLUTION: A pole-shaped member joining device having a tubular main body having a plurality of first through holes on a side surface and a plate-shaped joining member vertically joined to the side surface of the main body and provided with a second through hole is attached to the end of one pole-shaped member, and the pole-shaped member joining device is attached to the end of the other pole-shaped member . After that, both pole-shaped member joining devices are overlapped, joined and fixed by using bolts and nuts etc. When applying this to a temporary utility pole such as a construction site, a base of one pole-shaped member is buried underground and fixed in advance, and the pole-shaped member joining device is attached to an end exposed on the ground, and the pole-shaped members are joined and fixed in the above procedure. According to this method, the pole-shaped member can be divided into appropriate lengths, so that the work of carrying in and installing can be easy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】 構造が簡単で、汎用性が高く、複数のポール状部材の接合が可能な接合方法と、それに用いる部材を提供する。【解決手段】 筒形状で、側面に複数の第一の貫通孔が設けられた本体と、本体の側面に垂直に接合され、第二の貫通孔が設けられた板状の接合部材を有する、ポール状部材の接合器具を、一方のポール状部材の端部に取り付け、他方のポール状部材の端部にも、前記のポール状部材の接合器具を取り付けた後、両方のポール状部材の接合器具を重ね合わせ、ボルト、ナットなどを用いて接合固定する。これを工事現場などの仮設電柱に応用する際は、予め、一方のポール状部材の基部を地中に埋設固定し、地上に露出している端部に、ポール状部材の接合器具を取り付け、前記の手順で、ポール状部材の接合固定を行う。この方法によれば、ポール状部材を適当な長さに分割できるので、搬入や設置の作業が容易になる。【選択図】図５
