DETACHMENT PREVENTION STRUCTURE FOR TILE ENGAGEMENT MEMBER
To provide a detachment prevention structure for a tile engagement member that prevents support fittings for tiles attached on a wall surface of a building in a dry process from being detached by wind, vibration and the like.SOLUTION: A detachment prevention structure for a tile engagement member comprises: a plurality of dead weight receiving metal fittings in a vertically long shape intermittently placed in a lateral direction for a substrate of a wall surface; and a plurality of base metal fittings intermittently placed in a vertical direction for the dead weight receiving metal fittings in order to align a plurality of tiles side by side, wherein the dead weight receiving metal fitting is provided with receiving plates on which hooks are arranged to engage the base metals continuously arranged from concave parts which is abutted to the substrate so as to separate apart form the substrate; and elastically returnable forcing-up prevention pieces projected so as that the base plates do not come off after being pushed down upon hooking the base fittings on the hooks for engagement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の壁面に乾式で貼り付けたタイルの支持金具が風や振動などで脱離するのを防止する。【解決手段】タイル係止部材の脱離防止構造は、壁面の下地材に対して複数が横方向へ間欠的に配置される縦長の自重受け金具と、複数のタイルを横並びに載置するために前記自重受け金具に対して複数が縦方向へ間欠的に配置される横長のベース金具と、を有し、前記自重受け金具は、前記下地材に当接させる凹部から、前記ベース金具を係止するためのフックを設けた受板が前記下地材から離間するように連設され、前記ベース金具を前記フックに掛けるときに押し下げられ、係止された後は前記ベース金具が外れないように弾性で元に戻るせり上がり防止片を突出させた、ことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
