To provide a trash collection device for sandy ground which can improve cleaning efficiency by reducing load of workers.SOLUTION: A trash collection device 1 for sandy ground has: a tow frame 2 that is connected to a buggy car C; a collection basket 3 that can be placed inside the tow frame 2; a tow frame elevating mechanism 4 that moves the tow frame 2 up and down; collection basket elevating mechanisms 5, 6 that move the collection basket 3 up and down; and locking means that regulates the movement of the collection basket 3 with respect to the tow frame 2. By operating the tow frame elevating mechanism 4 and the collecting basket elevating mechanisms 5, 6, the collecting basket 3 can be raised step by step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
