To provide a method of joining a precast concrete (PCa) member by which injection work of a grout material can be more suitably performed and the precast concrete (PCa) member can be joined by surely securing construction quality.SOLUTION: A method of joining a precast concrete member comprises: a cylindrical member arrangement step for installing a cylindrical member 51 extending in a vertical direction on an upper surface 1u of a lower precast concrete member 1 formed with a plurality of reinforcing bar insertion holes 11b so that reinforcing bar insertion holes 11a are opened on the upper surface 1u so as to communicate with the reinforcing bar insertion holes 11b; a joining precast concrete member arrangement step; an upper precast concrete member arrangement step; an upper and lower grouting material filling step of filling a grouting material into the reinforcing bar insertion hole 11a, the inside of the cylindrical member 51, and a reinforcement through hole 21a; a first joint forming step of forming a first joint 41; and a second joint forming step of forming a second joint 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
