To provide a single lever faucet that can reduce a size of a decorative cover.SOLUTION: A single lever faucet 1 comprises: a decorative cover 5 that forms a design surface of a faucet body 2; an operating shaft 9 that extends outward from a base shaft 9A, that is a connecting part with a cartridge 8 for mixing hot and cold water in the faucet body 2, through a cover through hole 5A formed in the decorative cover 5; and a lever handle 3 that is connected to a head part that comes out of the operation shaft 9, and further comprises a movable decorative plate 6 that is provided on a design surface side of the decorative cover 5 in an overlapping manner and covers a cover through hole 5A with respect to the outside. The decorative plate 6 slides on the decorative cover 5 following operation of the operating shaft 9 tilting a shaft with the base shaft 9A as a fulcrum by operating the lever handle 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
