To improve efficiency of inspection of lateral pulling pipes in a siphon drainage system in a building for tenant use.SOLUTION: An inspection method of a siphon drainage system 20 comprising a lateral pulling pipe 28 that extends in a lateral direction and flows drain water from a water supply instrument, a vertical pipe 36 that is arranged on the downstream side of the lateral pulling pipe 28 and extends in the substantially vertical direction, and a connection part 50 that connects the lateral pulling pipe 28 and the vertical pipe 36, includes a lateral pulling pipe inspection step of injecting air into the lateral pulling pipe 28 from a cleaning port 54 for cleaning the inside of the pipe formed in the connection part 50 to inspect fluid leakage of the lateral pulling pipe 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
