To provide a steel floor slab having a structure having good processability by using complete penetration welding, and a manufacturing method of the steel floor slab.SOLUTION: A steel floor slab constituting a floor surface of a bridge includes: square steel pipes 31 which are metal cylinders having a hollow structure and an approximately rectangular cross section, which are prepared in plurality and are arranged almost parallel to each other; and connecting plates 32 made of plate materials and arranged so as to connect the square steel pipes 31 to each other. End parts of the connecting plates 32 are joined to side surfaces of the square steel pipes 31 by complete penetration welding, and one side of the square steel pipe 31 and one surface of the connecting plate 32 form an upper surface to receive asphalt pavement 15 which is a pavement material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】完全溶け込み溶接を用いた加工性の良い構造の鋼床版及び鋼床版製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁の床面を構成する鋼床版において、複数用意され互いに略平行に配置された、中空構造で断面が略矩形の金属製筒体である角形鋼管３１と、角形鋼管３１同士を繋ぐように配置される板材よりなる接続プレート３２と、を備え、接続プレート３２の端部は、角形鋼管３１の側面に対して完全溶け込み溶接によって接合され、角形鋼管３１の一辺と、接続プレート３２の一面とで、舗装材となるアスファルト舗装１５を受ける上面を形成する。【選択図】図２
