To provide a distributer having a base unit that includes: a frame structure with upper and lower frames fixed to a base frame; and multiple outriggers pivotally supported by the frame structure, capable of moving the base unit even to a small space while suppressing the outriggers from extending to the outside of the frame structure when stored.SOLUTION: The distributer includes: upper bearings 14 each positioned at least partially inside an intersection point O' between outer surfaces extending along the longitudinal direction of adjacent upper frames 12 in a plan view or inside an intersection O between extension lines of the outer surfaces and joined to adjacent ends of upper frames 12; lower bearings 15 each positioned at least partially inside an intersection point O' between outer surfaces along the longitudinal direction of adjacent lower frames 13 in a plan view or inside an intersection point O of the extension lines of the outer surface and joined to adjacent ends of adjacent lower frames 13; outriggers 16 each having bearing cylinder 16ba arranged between the upper and lower bearings at a base 16b; and rotating support shafts 17 each fitted to the upper and lower bearings and a bearing cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
