To properly and easily determine the number of bolts, etc. to be provided with bolt pull-out countermeasures.SOLUTION: A steel tower bolt maintenance device comprises: an extraction unit 6, in which an elevating prevention device is attached to a predetermined height of a steel tower including main pillars, each consisting of main pillar members connected with connecting bolts, for obtaining steel tower input information including the size and number of the connecting bolts at each connection of the main pillar members below the elevating prevention device; and a calculation unit 7 that calculates the number and model of lock members to be attached to the connecting bolts of each connection as a measure against bolt pulling-out, based on the steel tower input information and a predetermined calculation standard.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
