BUILDING DISTORTION MEASUREMENT METHOD
To improve a management quality of soundness of a building in a construction of the existing building.SOLUTION: A distortion measurement method of the present building is configured to: set a measurement object area 30 of a distortion to a building 10 in accordance with a content of a construction; attach an optical fiber 40 to a surface of the measurement object area 30 in a state of close contact, while wiring the optical fiber so that a wiring route parallel with a direction of the distortion expected to occur in the measurement object area 30 is included; connect one end 40a of the optical fiber 40 to a measurement device; detect, by the measurement device, expansion/contraction in a range attached to the measurement object area 30 of the optical fiber 40; and measure an occurrence location and size of the distortion based on the basis of the detection result. Accordingly, the distortion actually occurring in the existing building 10 can be measured in real time, and further the distortion at many locations where the optical fiber 40 is attached to the measurement object area 30 of the building 10 can be measured, which in turn a management quality of soundness of the building 10 can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
