To provide premixed mortar of stable quality prepared by premixing materials difficult to premix, such as large-diameter aggregate, fibers, heavy aggregate of a specific gravity greatly different from those of other materials, which are normally being added on site, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: The method of producing premixed mortar, comprises the steps of: mixing a cement composition; separately filling a cement composition and at least one kind of mixing materials selected from the group consisting of large-diameter aggregate of a particle diameter of 3 mm or more and 20 mm or less, fiber,; and heavyweight aggregate of absolute specific gravity of at least 3.5 g/L, into separate tares; and packaging the cement composition and the mixing material each filled in a separate tare in one package in a manner of keeping them in a separated condition in the individual tares.SELECTED DRAWING: None
