HEAVY ARTICLE TRANPORT TRUCK AND USING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a heavy article transport truck and a transport and installation method in which an extremely heavy member can be safely transported and installed at a predetermined position in a field where a large heavy machinery cannot be used.SOLUTION: As a heavy article transport truck C, A box frame body 1 is formed with an upper frame 11, an underframe 12, and a support rod 13. A rail material 2 is attached to the upper frame 11 so as to project from directly above both ends of the underframe 12. A trolley 3 is supported by the rail material 2 and a chain block 4 is provided to the trolley 3, and a caster 5 is provided to the underframe 12. The trolley 3 runs along the rail material 2 between a position projecting from directly above the one end and a position projecting from directly above the other end of the underframe 12. When using the heavy article transport truck C, a heavy article is lifted and loaded on the underframe 12 and moved to the vicinity of a predetermined installation place, and then can be accurately hung down at the predetermined installation place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】大型重機が使用できない現場において、非常に重い部材を安全に運搬して所定の位置に設置できるようにする重量物運搬用台車及び車重量物の運搬設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】重量物運搬用台車Ｃとして、箱型枠体１が上枠１１、台枠１２及び支柱１３から形成され、上枠１１に、台枠１２の両端直上から張り出すようにレール材２が取り付けられ、レール材２にトロリー３が支持されて、トロリー３にチェーンブロック４が備えられ、台枠１２にキャスター５が備えられ、トロリー３は、台枠１２の一端直上から張り出す位置と他端直上から張り出す位置との間でレール材２に沿って走行するものを構成する。重量物運搬用台車Ｃを使用すると、重量物を吊り上げて台枠１２に載せ、所定の設置場所の付近まで移動させた後、所定の設置場所に正確に吊り降ろすことができる。【選択図】図１
